Approved refunds are issued after the returned item or reported order problem has been reviewed.

Refund eligibility

Good choices start with a clear need, a little curiosity, and enough information to understand the trade-offs. The best product is the one that fits the way you actually live.

Look for honest materials, useful dimensions, care guidance, and support that continues after checkout. Small details often make the difference between something you admire and something you reach for every day.

We believe browsing should feel generous rather than overwhelming: a focused collection, a useful story, and a straightforward way to decide with confidence.
